Troy Smith is currently the President and CEO of Hospice Touch in which he is responsible for managing all facets of the hospice operations. Previously, Troy served as a hospice administrator in which he managed all facets of a new hospice start-up by ensuring that the operation met all state and federal regulations, including contracts, employee and volunteer files, governing board, quality program, safety procedures, in-service program, and clinical. Troy earned his bachelors from California State, Chico and his MBA from University of California, Irvine.
