In order to meet the special needs of the terminally ill, we support patients by fulfilling simple quality of life requests. Examples of such requests may include repairing eye glasses, supplying a wheel chair ramp or even reuniting family members so that they can say their final goodbyes.

Special Need Assistance Guidelines & Application

The Spencer Hospice Foundation grants practical requests for individuals on hospice care who, after all resources have been exhausted, find themselves unable to fulfill their need. We particularly focus on assisting hospice patients who are receiving hospice care from an organization that does not have their own foundation.
