The Grant-A-Memory program is to allow a family to create on lasting memory with a family member who is in hospice but is still able to participate in an activity of some kind. We are looking to provide memories such as one last Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners with family members by flying immediate family members to share in the evening. We are hopeful that we will raise enough money to fund many memories that will allow family members to always remember the last days with a happy and fun loving thought.
