Dedicated to enhancing compassionate hospice care for terminally ill patients and their families, the Spencer Hospice Foundation is a non-profit organization that raises and accepts charitable contributions in the community.  

The goal of the Spencer Hospice Foundation is to provide education in end-of-life care, assist patients with special needs that reach beyond the scope of what normal insurances will cover, and support children and families who are coping with grief. 
 
Our services are available to all hospice patients and professionals, regardless of age, race, ethnicity, religion, illness or physical location.
